Then and Now
This post can be started with well known phrase "once upon a time ", but let me start it like this I do remember the days of my childhood, the days of joy and innocence. The days were the price rise wasn't a issue for me, neither I was aware of bribes and corruption. I wasn't even afraid of the wars or any riots as I always felt that I have guarded my superheroes like Superman, Batman and Spider-Man. For me this X-Box or Playstation was of no interest even a Mario would mean a lot to me. My half of the time went in saving the Princess from the Dragon and now all my time goes in saving myself from the devil in Temple Run. For me television was just to see my favourite cartoons and at that time i didn't have than many choice like now for me even Tom & Jerry or Popeye on TV screen would make my day. For me Stars were always little and they twinkled. If I wanted to send a message it was always on piece of paper and not on whatsapp or SMS. Every news of relatives & family would come to the door via postcard. For me biscuit meant Parle-G and yes still G means Genius for me. Cricket was always Sachin for me and would be the same forever. We never enjoyed Monolpoly as much as we enjoyed playing Ludo/ Snakes & Ladder. Hairstyle wasn't that important to me or neither my dressing sense. Never was I afraid of getting hurt while doing anything.

I feel like I am a Football
I feel like I am a football and everyone in my life are the players who are kicking me, towards my goal. Before reaching to the goalpost the ball goes to so many players in the game sometimes it almost reaches to the goalpost and the goalkeeper stops it.
Life is similar to the life of football, we might be kicked so many times and even we will reach very close to our goal but it may happen sometimes that we wont reach to there. But we should never loose hope on that, we should work even harder to be to the position we want to be and should never mind the people who are like football players who are kicking us, just we need to remember one thing that there every kick is somewhere taking us to our final destination.

There is always a dream in every persons life to look good, fit and healthy. We try everything for achieving the perfect body by walking daily, trying dieting and even hit the gym but still majority of people end up at nothing gained. After asking few people and talking to my trainer lastly came across few points which to my knowledge are major reasons why there is no growth seen in people who wanna achieve good body.

What all we don't try to look good, we surf net for tips to loose weight, read hundreds of articles to loose fat and achieve six packs, noting down recipes for dieting and even following the working schedule of a movie star with a great physique. But still more than 70% people can't achieve there goal of what they thought to look like. If it was just all this factors which could lead to perfect body everyone on this planet would end up having body like Hugh Jackman or Hrithik Roshan and every girl would be slim and trim like Megan Fox or Shilpa Shetty.
People always feel that these Stars may be eating and doing stuffs which are out of this world but actually they all do the same things every other person does but still we are not able to make it.
Here are few things which may concern to you for not reaching the finish line.
It's always said that We show from our body that what we eat. It isn't all your cardio or weight exercise which will alone make you fit in a superhero costume , along with that what you eat and how you eat would also make a lot of difference.
Abs are not made in the gym rather they are made in the kitchen. Proper diet given by your trainer or nutritionist is the one you should follow, just don't eat what all you see, there should be controlling power which you must posses when you really want see a change in yourself. Many times we are not able control this things due to the environment we are living in, it can be your family members or friends who may be forcing you to try out the food which is not on your diet plan and that I think is the point where most people fail, if you can't control yourself it's better don't go out with your friends especially when you know you may to face this kind of problems. We can't avoid our family but we can change our eating time with respect to there's when your family eats. So that you don't slip in seeing all the food which is out of your course. But here for men this step can be easy but for ladies who has to even cook the food is really tough job to just smell the food and leave it. But for ladies I have seen that they have more controlling power then men in this case and they absolutely follow there diet. Now what all you should eat is not what I would be able to tell you as it all varies from person to person so its better to ask your trainer or nutritionist as I suggested earlier.
Almost 50% of your body is made for what you eat so pay a lot of attention on this department and it would surely bring fruitful results for you.
Now along with eating right comes exercising right. Many people believe why to join a gym, we can walk and shed our weight and fit in pants we always thought of. And it's not all false but still how many of them have achieved that yet. So why gym?
At gym we come across a atmosphere where we see people working hard, sweating, doing cardio, aerobics and all kind of stuff which motivates us in every way. But every gym has people who have done it and may be many more who haven't. I personally have seen people coming to the gym doing there part of exercise but no improvement. Even I asked them sometimes why there is no change seen in them and have known from there answers that they just do it because the trainer told them, actually they don't show interest in doing that perfectly. Here comes how much you interested in being fit. It's not doing 100 push-ups, it's doing 10 with all interest and doing it correctly.
Even you may have noticed that some people would be doing everything perfectly but still no improvement and behind this there can be many reasons like wrong diet, over training which is not matching there diet plans, not taking proper rest or smoking or drinking habit. This all sectors if paid ample attention would bring out remarkable change in a persons life.
If I take an example of myself I never thought of my physique, I was just 50 kg skinny boy during the first 2 years of my college and then I came across a interview of Hrithik Roshan in a newspaper stating his all slip disc problems and gained weight and how he was suffering from chain smoking and his transformation from an fatso to superhero type body which he worked for the movie Krrish 3. This all in just 3 months. This was enough for me to get motivated and find a trainer who could help me achieve that goal and with all the support of my trainer and diet which he told me to follow, I not only made the body I thought of but with along with that became more fit and healthy and in just 3 months.
For me this article was enough to motivate me and change my world and for you all too there is motivation in the every corner just we have to find it and be attached to it forever. Don't just stop until you have done it and you will definitely be proud of yourself and you can turn motivation for many people like it was Hrithik Roshan for me.
Next thing I may want to throw some light on is to log on your improvements. This is very important because it will make you understand your body in a better way, like which exercise brings results to you and which not so you can eliminate those and can Include some new exercises and same in the case of diet too. Few things you may add and drop by keeping this logs.
Keep in touch with your trainer if you can't afford a personal trainer, talk to him about all your problems and he will help you in dealing with that. Always have a friend who's just motivated as you are to accompany you with gym as with the support of each other you and he may gain awesome results quickly.
Try to focus on exercise rather than chatting with people around this is one of the most common thing seen i the gym. Avoid this during your workout time, there is lot of time to talk outside the gym door or in the locker room.
Cellphones are not a good invention this every trainer would say. So attend and complete all your calls before workout and keep it in your locker so to avoid any disturbance for yourself and others.
Taking proper rest helps your body to relax and allows your tissues to heal so take atleast 7 hrs of sleep if you are very busy person but it's recommend to take 8 hrs of sleep.
Yes sleeping more is also not advisable so please do avoid that, specially young guys going to college. It's better to sleep only for 8 hrs and be active during the rest of the day.
So at last I summarise the points for your remembrance :
Firstly eat right and in a better way if i say just don't whatever is strictly not advised for you.
Working hard and with interest and perfection.
Taking ample amount of rest.
Keeping track of your prepress I.e. making logs.
All the above things will constitute to 100% but we need 200% in achieving our goal and another 100% is being getting motivated in every other way to reach towards your goal.
I want to be thankful to my trainer and to my all friends with whose support I am able to reach to this goal and also to Hrithik Roshan for motivating me with your articles and pictures.
Stay fit and healthy....
